Cegos UK “imagine” Magazines

Designed and art directed a quarterly print magazine for Cegos UK aimed at simplifying industry insights and communicating in-house takeaways for a global readership.

I established a modern typographic hierarchy, built a flexible baseline grid, and designed custom editorial layouts that balanced long-form articles with high-impact visual spreads. Using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I created custom infographics, curated imagery, and ensured full prepress accuracy—managing colour profiles, bleeds, and print specifications for production.

The final publication delivered a tactile, premium brand experience that elevated visual engagement, received overwhelmingly positive reader feedback, and established the visual framework for subsequent issues.

Chubb Fresh Talent Programmes

Chubb partnered with Cegos to launch two distinct career development initiatives, one, an onboarding pathway for new hires and second, an executive leadership track for senior managers.

As lead designer, I established two custom program idents derived from Chubb’s core colour palette in Adobe Illustrator, maintaining parent-brand harmony while establishing clear track identities. Using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, I produced an end-to-end collateral suite, including presentation decks for every session, promotional flyers to drive internal enrolment, and print workbooks combining curriculum materials with lined pages.

The result was a vibrant, unified brand experience that elevated employee engagement, received exceptional stakeholder feedback, and set the visual blueprint for future corporate training campaigns.

michelin france mental health training

Translating corporate well-being into an approachable visual language. Mental health is rarely static, it requires continuous care, much like physical fitness. To support Michelin’s internal mental health initiatives, I designed a bespoke PowerPoint presentation deck anchored in the metaphor of physical conditioning. By drawing parallels between physical and mental training, the design demystifies complex well-being concepts and creates a grounded, accessible framework for employees.

Using structured layout slides, and a clear visual hierarchy, the template balances sensitive content with energetic visual storytelling. The result is a flexible, highly usable presentation system that helps trainers facilitate open, impactful conversations around workplace well-being.
